The mission of The Austin Bike Zoo’s Human Powered Puppetry is to inspire folks about bicycles and other alternative forms of transportation by creating unique human powered vehicles, bicycle-based theatrical performances and educational programs for youth. Their work is motivated by a passion to combine the beauty and strength of human movement with the artistry and theater of puppetry to create interactive works which engage the community.
