Riding an original soundtrack and a variety of text sources, including Homeland Security's Application for Asylum form, the film invites the viewer to meditate on complexities of identity and belonging.

Today, the city is plagued with decay, crime, high unemployment rate and poverty. This visual essay is a study of social responsibility in today's America. The film raises questions about priorities and concerns of a modern society.
